RDAP domain lookup API

Asks the registry's RDAP server from the IANA bootstrap file (RFC 9224) for the registrable domain and reports registrar, creation, change and expiry dates, EPP statuses, nameservers and DNSSEC delegation. Contact data is never kept or returned.

curl: unpaid request — returns 402 with the price (PAYMENT-REQUIRED). The Python and JavaScript clients pay it and send the request again. Only ordinary wallets (EOA) can pay; smart-contract wallets get a 402 without charge. See payments.
