MAIL_PROVIDER_MIXEDSPF authorises a mailbox provider that does not receive the domain's mail.
The MX records point to one mailbox provider, while the SPF record includes another one. That is normal during a move between providers, but an include left over afterwards lets the old provider's customers send as the domain. Gateways and sending services do not count here.
Recommendation: Remove SPF includes for providers the domain no longer uses.
