  The text is not an SPF record: it does not start with v=spf1.

  An SPF record must begin with exactly v=spf1 followed by a space or the end of the text (RFC 7208 section 4.5). Receivers ignore any TXT record that does not, so a record with a typo in the version, a leading space or a different version string is the same as having no SPF record.

  Recommendation: Start the record with v=spf1 and a space, then list the mechanisms.
