WILDCARD_MX · Severity: Warning

• WarningWILDCARD_MX

Every made-up name under the domain accepts mail (wildcard MX).

A wildcard MX makes every name under the domain look like a mail domain, so senders deliver mail for typing errors and invented subdomains, and spammers can use them as plausible sender domains.

Recommendation: Replace the wildcard MX with MX records for the names that get mail.
